Ordered just before Christmas expecting it to arrive after Christmas however it was delivered not long after order. I needed a replacement part and I simply went online and booked a next day delivery (free of charge) replacement. The instructions are clear and assembly is colour coded. The bed itself is well made with good thick timber and could easily be painted if needs be. For additional stability some brackets are provided for fixing to a wall but I haven't needed.

Relatively easy to put together, it is important to thoroughly read the instructions before starting construction to avoid mistakes, timber used is of good quality and all the joints match up, once constructed the bed is quite sturdy remember to re tighten the screws after a few days i found they worked loose mainly because the timber was drying out it is a natural product after all. To sum up, yes i would buy it again and yes would recommend it

Simply a great purchase. Gives my daughter tons of floor space. It's strong and sturdy and looks good. Comes in two flat packed boxes for self assembly with very specific instructions that you have to use to organise the parts, and then read and follow carefuly. I put it together myself and would say it takes 2 to 3 hours to put together. I wanted something that she or her brother could comfortably grow into through her teenage years and that an adult could use if need be. Would recommend.
