Question:Only one light on the top is lit, shouldn't it be both? is my system faulty? also is there a way to turn off the led lights or are the constantly on?Answer:maybe it needs callibration or reset. You can do that by pressing the power button and hold for 5-8 secs. Mine usually have 1 light lit , it cud be left or right. It is constantly on as it is part of the safety measure of the hoverboard.Question:Jai besoin du charger uniquement pour cet item?Answer:Le chargeur vient avec c’est un super achats 👍🏻Question:Does it work on gravel?Answer:My daughter rips the gravel and grass no issuesQuestion:Can I ride it in the rain? But this for my daughter‘s ninth birthday. It is a large hover board relatively speaking but she loves it for that reason. It has a sturdy platform to stand on and she picked it up quite quickly. Rides the thing around the house incessantly now :-) probably one of the best gifts she has received. The device did start malfunctioning a couple weeks after purchasing but a quick Internet search revealed the instructions for recalibrating the hover board. Works fine now.

It took a while for delivery but really worthy of waiting. It looks so cool, especially with LED light. My son can use it with a few times practice (he can’t do skateboarding before and felt scared at the beginning of using hoverboard). I’m happy that he plays it nearly everyday after school, especially during this pandemic time, for most of his activities are cancelled. We had it for a month and it still works perfect. Highly recommended!

It took a while for delivery but really worthy of waiting. It looks so cool, especially with LED light. My son can use it with a few times practice (he can’t do skateboarding before and felt scared at the beginning of using hoverboard). I’m happy that he plays it nearly everyday after school, especially during this pandemic time, for most of his activities are cancelled. We had it for a month and it still works perfect. Arrived quickly, works great and it looks better in real life then in pictures. The colors on the side/bottom are more metallic then it shows online. Easy to use and the speakers are surprisingly louder/clearer then I expected. *review edit* A few months in and we have been having issues with it turning off by itself when it's drivin on a rug floor. We've emailed the seller but haven't heard back from them.

This must be very popular item because I waited a long time for the inventory refill then another couple weeks for this to be delivered. But all the waiting is well worth because this is really a fun piece to own, and to learn. By hold it in hand you can feel it is a solid build, with powerful motor to drive the wheel. The light feature makes it look fantastic and sure will attract lots of eye balls. Yet due to the lock down situation, we could only have limited space to enjoy. The wheel is VERY powerful, and it holds battery extremely well. It can easily take my weight as an adult or my teenage daughter. Certainly my daughter developed the balance skill almost instantly on this hoverboard while I am still struggling to move slowly. If there were one thing to improve, I would suggest to invest in the user manual. I feel the manual can include lot more detail about this product. Also the package is quite basic, but guess what, I think the manufacturer wants us to spend our money on the product, not the useless paper ... lol

My two boys are very happy with this product so far we have bin using it for 3days, and no problems so that's good! Will see how long it will last hopefully we don't have any problems so we don't have to return it!! Like we did with another brand!!
